FIT4MOM HTS invites you to a free Body Boost class! Enjoy a 60-minute sweat session and then stay to hang out and chat with other mamas! Not only is Body Boost great for your physical health, but your mental health will enjoy the benefits as well!

Body Boost® is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this HIIT workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

All you need to bring is your yoga mat or towel and water to drink.
