FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Take Your Run Training to the Next Level

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal (5K, 10K, or a half marathon) or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans, and nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you'll participate in a Strides 360 workout and receive support from your Run Club Coach. You'll cap off the 8 weeks by completing a local race with your coach and other Run Club mamas.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Strides 360 promises a heart­-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

MamaWell® is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond. You'll increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness with our birth prep and breathing exercises. Armed with nutrition information and recipe ideas, as well as your own preparation plan for birth and beyond, you'll have the info you need for peace of mind. You will also have access to a private Facebook group to connect with other mamas or soon-to-be mamas.

Our Village

Our Village is YOUR place to... Support. Connect. Empower. We have biweekly playgroups, monthly Moms Night Out, crafts, Saturday family workouts, and so much more! Playgroups are free and open to the public, you do not need to be a member. Everyone needs a village, and we want to be yours!

By joining Our Village, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.
