FIT4MOM: OUR VALUES
FIT4BABY is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long FIT4BABY class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. The class is for all stages of pregnancy.

Stroller Strides provides a total body workout and can be modified for any level of fitness and exercise. Each class offers moms (current and soon to be) an opportunity to get fit, meet other moms and have fun with their little ones. In addition to classes, we offer weekly playgroup activities and monthly moms nights out. Classes are ongoing year round, operating outdoors May to October and indoors November to April. Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, one HIIT class per week, online workouts support. Classes meet in eight week sessions. Click here for more information.
