How do I place my membership on hold?

There will be a $25 processing fee charged to your credit card on file for the hold period. You may put your membership on hold for reasons such as pregnancy leave, injuries, etc. A 30 day written notice is required to put your membership on hold (waived for baby delivery). For example, if you would like to put your membership on hold starting in June, notice is due by May 1st.

All membership holds are for a period no less than 30 days and no more than 3 months. Your monthly dues will automatically start back up at the end of your hold period. Holds will start and end during your regular billing cycle.
