Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Strides 360 promises a heart­-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

*Classes will be virtual on Zoom

Take your running to the next level with our 8 week guided training program for ALL levels. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal (5K, 10K, or a half marathon) or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home opportunities to train, learn, and connect!

This session runs from July 22 - Sept 9 with the virtual race on Sunday, Sept 13.

Run Club+ is an 8-week training program which includes:
• Detailed Training Plans (5K, 10K or half marathon)
• Weekly Strides 360 fitness classes (*Classes will be virtual on Zoom until we determine that it is safe to resume in-person classes)
• Support and progress check-ins from your Run Club Coach
• Access to Exclusive Facebook Accountability Group
• Tips for Getting Started

• Nutrition Tips for fueling during training
• Tips for Getting Started
• Registration (including medal and bib) for a Virtual Race

You'll cap off the 8 weeks by completing a virtual race at the same time as your coach and other Run Club mamas, followed by a virtual finish line celebration to commend your accomplishments!

MamaWell® is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond. You'll increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness with our birth prep and breathing exercises. Armed with nutrition information and recipe ideas, as well as your own preparation plan for birth and beyond, you'll have the info you need for peace of mind. You will also have access to a private Facebook group to connect with other mamas or soon-to-be mamas.

There are now multiple options for purchase, based on Trimester.
All Trimesters: $49
Trimester 2: $29
Trimester 3: $29

Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it. This class is for mamas of all ages and stages and is for mamas only (leave the kiddos at home!)

*Class will be moved to virtual on Zoom if there is bad weather.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Fit4Baby® classes are not currently offered. Stay tuned for future sessions!
